Our focus is to provide our clients with detailed, robust, and reliable customer, employee, and profit chain insights that can be transformed into cost effective and low risk improvement initiatives designed to add commercial advantage to their bottom and top line. 

Our divisions

i360Experience is made up of three specialist divisions: iCustomerExperience, iEmployeeExperience, and i360Research.

Whilst the first two divisions focus exclusively on customer and employee research and associated improvement consultancy; i360Research unites both customer and employee research as part of a wider service profit chain analysis in order to discover untapped commercial and competitive advantage for our clients.

Our management team

i360Experience was founded and is managed by Andrea Collins and Jamie Clifton, both highly accomplished individuals in their own areas. Between them they run a team of like minded, highly experienced individuals who are driven to make an impact and deliver results.

The team incorporates a number of researchers, consultants, trainers, and administration personnel.

We are a team of energetic individuals, passionate about helping companies put their customers and employees at the heart of what they do and reap the benefits of an engaged culture.
